Our return policy is only valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or an exchange.

Divine Crown will accept returns or exchanges if the item received is damaged, or the incorrect product was shipped.

We will gladly offer store credit or product exchange upon return, your item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered with all internal tags intact with original receipt. All items must be in the same condition that it was received and must be returned in the original packaging and within fourteen (14) days of the date order was received.

We can replace your current item with a different size, color, or an entirely different design within 14 business days. Discounts DOES NOT apply for exchanges. Fees may apply on exchanges or returns based on the price of the replacement item.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return, or may be subjected to additional fees.

Incorrect items, If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

We are not responsible for lost packages. The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund. We are not responsible for non-Divine Crown merchandise included in any returns.

Return / exchange Instructions

You are responsible for paying your own shipping fees for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ALL RETURNS ITEMS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.

Once your request is received by Divine Crown. We will process and notify you of the decision of your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to the process.
